One of my favorite easy and fun creations is Spaghetti Squash Bowls. My wife was sick one day and I wanted to make something for her that was different and fun to make her feel better. Since she had a cold I had to make it very flavorful and able to be served in bed. This is what I came up with.
For a fancier dinner give this one a try. Chicken Cordon Bleu. Not only does it taste great but it looks just fabulous. It isn't that hard but it is impressive.
