Last night, Dec 19, 2006, I tried something a bit more complicated. The dinner consisted of Chicken Cordon Bleu, Steamed Asparagus, Creamed Potatoes and French Garlic Bread with Cherries Jubilee for dessert. It all came out very well. The recipes for the meal are in the recipes section.
My wife, my biggest critic, just loved the Chicken Cordon Bleu but the hit of the evening was, of course, the Cherries Jubilee.
