Well, the latest thing I tried to make was a failure. Nice way to start the site wouldn't you say. 
The failure in question was a combination of rotelle pasta, red
meat sauce (doctored from a can) and chicken breast.
I had a big chicken breast all cooked from a couple of nights ago. I cut it up in strips and heated it in the microwave wrapped in paper towel. I already had the pasta cooked and had doctored the spaghetti sauce with a little basil and oregano and some white truffle oil. I mixed the three together and topped it with some grated fresh asiago cheese. It looked good. I tasted rather... Ummm... well as my wife said, "this is ok" which is about the same as me saying "You look nice". Nuff said.
I forgot to take a picture of it but that might be a result of wanting to forget about it. It did fill me up though.
It might have been better if I used a
white sauce instead.
